Hi guys, question - I passed my test on May 6th, nothing after that, no status change. My PR card will expire in Dec 2021, when would be the time to renew it? (Time when I can tell my citizenship app won't be processed before PR card expire, including waiting time for new PR card)

Don't have expectations about the citizenship application. The timelines are highly varied between applicants and random. Go ahead and submit a PR card renewal application right away.
If you get an oath invitation before your PR card application is processed, tell the clerk at the oath ceremony and they would be able to internally send a request to cancel your PR card application.

Wait till 120 days before PR card expiry and if no oath date then apply for PR card renewal.
Its about time as we could see that people get oath schedule generally between 2-3 months hence you might get it this/next month.
What's the longest you have seen applicants wait after the test to hear about the next step, to have some idea how long it may take? I have seen applicants progress days after the test, but the majority progressed within 8 weeks after the test. I have been waiting about 10 weeks, and still counting!! I wonder how much longer I will have to wait to hear again from them!

"We do not wish this applicant be a proud Canadian unless . . . " or "We do not this applicant to be a proud Canadian at all." is called by IRCC a "non-routine"
IRCC in that case hires someone to keep praying to God "May the applicant die. Please God . . . Please" The application in that case will move unbelievably slow. It is when the hired man say that he is fed up, in that moment, IRCC will take you to the next step. IRCC will hire another one to keep praying to God. When the new hired man is fed up, IRCC will take you to the next step. And so on.
My application March 2019
I done my online test today 10 July
