That's because you probably entered the information incorrectly. It's case sensitive if you make a mistake I find that it usually says that.

Type it in carefully and you will see it works.

I tried everything. Gives me the same messege
I use my UCI but still the same thing

Any 2019 applicant here? I only have test and background done. Requestes for po copies to send to scarbrough office then nothing has been new since

I checked it says We were not able to identify you using the information you provided.
I tried case number and unique number but doesnt work

i applied in2017, they requested some additional information, I sent the information, in 2019 they replied to me that they had no record of my application ?
I have the mailing receipt
payment receipt
copy of letter requesting additionAl information

I re-applied using the same package again in 2019, so far I have all items as ‘complete’ , except oath ceremony, which lists as ‘not started’

Did you retype everything individually no auto select okay that might be the problem.
Try once more and let me know.
