Online citizenship test completed, waiting for next steps

Myself...applied in Sept 2019, FP request in Feb 2020 and then again in Nov 2021 due to original set expiring, online test was completed at end of July...background states cleared and now waiting on the rest. Should be a straightforward app but yep like the rest no idea on timelines and it's all a guess really.

Hi guys, i did my canadian citizenship test today (jan 05/2022) i finished thr exam with 15/20.... i closed the website and unfortunately i can't go back to check again i guess. I was stressed and i wanna make sure again if i passed or not. Is there any way to check my score again?? Plus i didn't receive any email after the test. Should i wait a week or 2 to get thr official result or call immigration? Any suggestions? Thanks

Congratulations. You are all good. You don’t receive email automatically after completing the test. There is an option to send the test result to your email or print on the screen after completing the exam. But since you have left the page you can’t retrieve it again. Don’t worry just wait for the status to change to completed in the status tracker.

When they say finalizing, do you think they include oath as well or just until Decision Made?

There is an option to send the test result to your email or print on the screen after completing the exam. But since you have left the page you can’t retrieve it again. Thanks for replying. Hopefully i passed. I literally forgot what was my score.. but lets say i failed. Are they gonna send right away the second test date by email or after i finished the exam? This will help alittlebit to remember if i passed thanks alot for being helpfull

Not sure who you are referring to when you say 'Dear'.....no request for passport copies and as for my timeline I shared one above which was not as thorough as some may want it so apologies

Just had my second request for fingerprints, I knew it was coming. The last set expired in September despite having passed the test in April. Just more delays, I'm so sick of these people now.

Similar situation here with Scarborough office. Test completed in July and PP copies sent in September. No updates since all in progress still except for Test and BG Check, which are marked as completed.

Yes me too, Scarborough office. Test completed on September 30 and no update since then. Looms like Scarborough office is working at a snail's pace.

I have received the result of the fingerprint yesterday. How long does it take for IRCC to move the BG from "in progress" to "completed"? And when Physical presence, language, and prohibitions will move from "In progress" to "Completed" (Citizenship test completed in June 2021)

Feb 2018 applicant. Citizenship granted recently. Finally, the process is over for me.

Timeline:

Local Office: Kitchener, ON
Application Type: Protected Person based PR, leading to Citizenship. No refugee cessation issues.

Feb 2018 - Application sent
September 2019 - Background check completed
January 2020 - Federal Court Application filed
April 2020 - Approval Received from Case Management Branch (CMB)
June 2020 - Affidavit received from the case officer that file will be processed on priority basis
May 2021 - Test Scheduled
September 2021- Interview Required
Oath - October 2021
