...shows application received, however when I click on the link it says "We received your null on June 22, 2011." The "null" for some reason is confusing me. Does anyone what this means?

It's a glitch in ECAS.
 
MrB. Could you please tell me when you have submitted your application ? I just wanted to know how much itme they will take to acknoledge your application ?

Hi I submitted my application on the 17th of June 2011, CIC received it on the 22nd of June, I haven't received an AOR yet though.
 
If you havent; received your AOR then how can you see your status in online application?

Please do let me , I am waiting for AOR and wanted to see the status...

Whats this Ecas thing? I can't find the link to it anywhere on CIC's website!
I applied under the CEC as well.

Hey Duke, I think I'm able to view my status because I used my pre-existing client ID number which I have had on all my immigration documents including my PGWP and numerous study permits. I don't have a file number yet though, so I won't consider it an AOR, it's more like an acknowledgement of submission. When did you hand yours in?

I do have client ID. I submitted my application on 26th aug. Yet I can;t see my status using client ID in ecas.

I am hoping I can even see that later before receiving AOR.

So tell me , after how much time you submitted application , you start seeing your status online by using client ID ?

One more question , it ask for birth place , it has only option to select country so should i enter birth country there ?
