Out of frustration, I finally ordered GCMS notes and everything except oath moved to Completed 2 weeks after. (Although unfortunately now it has been over a month and a half since the DM and still no oath, but that's another problem.) Niagara Falls was moving pretty quickly earlier this year but seems to have fallen asleep for the last couple months.

How long did you wait after test before ordering your notes? Was your BG check completed before or after the test? Can you please share your timeline? Thanks

If the BG check is completed before the test then the extensive security clearance is not required for your application. In some cases when the application is considered non-routine the BG check is still in progress even after completing the test. The processing times for theses cases seem to be much longer compared to the routine cases when the BG check is completed prior to the test.
Its been more than 2 months that my test is marked completed. I called IRCC and the agent said only security is completed. Thats why the background check is still in progress. Its so frustrating. Can’t say what is happening.

I am stuck too in Security clearance since test cleared on March 21.
My wife is also stuck in same step since April 7.
We are both online applicants and applied in different dates, myself in June 2021 and my wife in Aug 2021. Ordered GCMS notes multiple time and same story every time, stuck at security clearance.
I am not abe to yet understand that what exactly trigger detailed security checks.
One of my friend, who was also away from Canada in same time period, profile is almost exactly same, almost 3 years outside canada during 5 year of PR period, his wife's BGC completed super fast. She applied on paper in April 2022 and her BGC and Test are already completed.
This thing really upsets that why the system is not fair, if candidates after me, are waiting, its fine with me to keep waiting, if majority of them who applied after us, have proceeded to Oath stage, then that is disturbing.
IRCC operates very haphazardly, totally unfair, fairness should be maintained.
I have filed a complaint for not receiving my last GCMS notes, filed on July 18, 2022. Today, got response to provide the email with temporary tracking number which is usually sent when we file the request.
Same here guys. No news on my side as well. Stuck in security clearance. Got my test completed on Feb 11 and no news since then. June 1st 2021 online applicant here. Latest notes (generated on Aug 19) I ordered says that my security clearance is still pending but the office has changed from Scarborough to Vancouver due to workload. Nothing really has changed except that the file has been reassigned to another office. I’m relocating to a small town in British Columbia from Toronto very soon. So I’ll have to update my address which will officially make my application non routine LOL
