One Question for EE profile!!

Hi guys!

I have questions.

1. When I fill out EE profile, What do I put "Language test result form or certificate number"? What is it? I took CELPIP GENERAL-2014 on NOV 2014.

2. I was in India for 177 days. Should I need to get Police Certificate? If I should, How can I get it? I am Korean.

Please help me!

Pcc is required if you stayed there for 6 months or more...

To answer the question 1, please collect your IELTS result sheet and it is located in bottom right corner of the result sheet.
