You all may have read about the OOPNP's acknowledgement that there was a tech glitch in their system. For that they have requested that anyone who is 400+ in CRS and has not received OOPNP invite for a month, should re-create their profile. I am trying to make sense of the following statement that is in that release:
"If you create a new EE profile, you must delete your old profile"
What does delete mean?
- 'Withdraw' the profile using the 'Withdraw Profile' button alongside the profile submitted? OR
- Create an altogether new CIC login and have a new EE profile created?

Withdraw old and create a new one. You can use same mycic login but will have to create new job bank profile.
