I called IRCC and came to know that my file has been transferred to Winnipeg VO, it was languishing in NDVO since April 2021 and now it has been transferred to Winnipeg. My file has travelled to 3 visa offices as of now. Anybody in same situation?

What license? Software developers don't need any license. You can get certified but that is optional and depends on what technology you work on.

Yesterday I called IRCC, the agent informed that my file moved from Winnipeg VO to Vancouver VO yesterday. So far my file has traveled CIO > NDVO > Winnipeg > Vancouver.

Yesterday I called IRCC, the agent informed that my file moved from Winnipeg VO to Vancouver VO yesterday. So far my file has traveled CIO > NDVO > Winnipeg > Vancouver.

Mine was almost the same, except HKVO instead of NDVO. It appears to be a batch file transfer for PNP/ PGP cases.
