I submitted my application on 9th of November and it moved to Assessment on 16th of November, but I am still waiting for DIP.

You can never expect them, but usually the whole process takes 30 to 60 days.

So the Feb. 16th batch has not received OINP nominations until now? Whereas those from the April, June and July HCP batches had all been issued.

All of us has received. And all of us have already submitted the EAPR. but I'm one two folks whose eapr got rejected due to incomplete documents.

May I ask the exact reasons why your eAPR got rejected?
