Are you outland or Inland? Am presuming you are FSW and not CEC.

From what i've seen, ALL canadian immigration programs are handled RANDOMLY. There is no general rule that you can apply. it's all about waiting and waiting.

Yeah. But CECs most have got assessment. I think they will soon pick the FSWs outland. We are the last in their line looks like.
 
Exactly, I moved to the assessment stage on 10/18.

NOI: July 6th
Submitted: Aug 16th
Assessment: Oct 18th

Let's see what happens next. Wishing luck for everyone.
