I got my NOI on Feb 8 (HCP - CEC). Submitted on 23rd Feb. Its been month and the status is still submitted. Should I be worried?

I got noi jan 12th submitted feb 24th got assessment March 31st.

I have submitted my application for OINP and still awaiting an outcome. I have following question:
1. I have submitted my POF from a foreign bank (country of residence) with more than sufficient balance meeting POF. I also use credit card but did not show this in POF statement.
2. I have bank account in home country with home loan open. This outstanding amount is worth 400 CAD (converted local currency value to CAD for easier understanding)

Will this cause an issue as i did not disclose credit card outstanding as on that month of submission and the home loan that has outstanding amount 400 CAD ? Or should i email oinp about the credit card in country of residence and outstanding loan in home country ?

@NikSharma01 and experts, pls advise.
