This is just a clarification. You can get a new work reference enter that states that your had the following position:
a - from x to y
b - from p to q
etc and support them with your promotion letters etc.
In the same letter you can write that during your tenure from x to q, wherein you held multiple position as listed above, you had the following job responsibilities.

One more thing, job duties in the previous duration from (june 2017 to august 2019) when I was trainee doesn't have high match with noc 2173. However, the duties for tenure (august 2019 to till date) match 100% with noc 2173. Will that be okay as it still covers almost 2 years in the same noc code.

Hi, I have a similar request that I got but it talks about 12 months payslips and all roles and responsibilities in the official letter head. I have a letter from my organisation for the designation I currently hold and a notarised list of roles and responsibilities from my supervisor along with his business card, id card and his contact details. My designation has changed but my core roles and responsibilties have not changed. Is it okay to provide a letter of explanation along with all above mentioned details? Please do let me know if this will work.

I'm not sure it is mandatory. Because I also got an ADR today and they asked for income tax statement, but it wasn't stated as mandatory. So you may want to check again

Hi guys, my current CRS is 485 because of which i couldn't get noi in last tech draw. I can decrease my CRS to 463 by removing points for my wife's education and ielts. Should i do that? or wait for FSW. Also i read that they ask us to provide proof of our interest in living in ontario, how do i do that? my wife's sister lives in saskatoon and she's the only relative i have in canada.
Yes, you can go ahead and proceed. Having connections or ties in Ontario ain't mandatory! Ontario just wants to be ensured that if you're really interested to relocate in the province regardless of having any ties there. Just have a little awareness about the province and you're good to go.
I missed the last draw my 1 day Created my Profile on April 14. Generally there is tech draws every 2 months since last 1 year. Generally, tech draw and priority occupations draw alternate. Not sure if I would go through in next draw and what would happen
Its been 1.5 year since I came back to India, desperate to exit.
