Friends am seriously worried. I received NOI on 15th Aug, submitted on 24th Aug, assessment Sept 5, DIP Sept 6, No ADR and still no nomination. I really feel stuck without knowing what to do. I called OINP yesterday to express my worry but the officer I spoke with said I should not use the submission dates as a criteria for judging when the approval will be received, adding that the applications are handled by different officers and their workload determines their processing times determine.

I'm just really worried as I see even people with submission dates of 28th receiving nominations and I seem to be like the only august 24 submission still awaiting approval.

Is there any other thing I can do??

I think the officer's comment makes sense.. I am from Aug 26...waiting... Don't worry.. Hopefully it should come to us too any time soon.

I received a nomination today. Application was submitted on 28th August. Was in DIP stage since 5th Oct.
Best of luck everyone. It seems like applications submitted between 28th - 30th August are processing now.

I am from August 24th and have not received the nomination yet so you are not alone

You also should get in few days if they are serious about the 3 months process time commitment

Ahh.. They are too slow then.. Did you call them or mail them up?.

Go and check yourself with immitracker see if its common trend from application sent date... then you may not need to worry

Did they say anything about maximum timeline for waiting like 90 days or something, How long do we need to wait

I get your worry bro ! and as the officer mentioned, this is an immigration process. Just be patient. Your day could come in today or on Monday or Tuesday for sure ! unfortunately we cant do anything but wait. Do ensure to keep checking your EE profile for any messages. Check your spam mail too.

Finally I received nomination today. Application was submitted on Aug 24th and no ADR but it took about 89 days. So please don't lose hopes guys. All the best.
