Submitted August 29th, decision still in progress ...
As we wait for the PNP, am wondering if I need to appear for IELTS again? My score expires in July 2020..
I am in the same boat, I submitted my application on 28th August. My IELTS will expire on 1st Feb 2020, So I have a very small window. Not sure, if I should take my chances or re-appear for IELTS again.
Annual nominations
Each year, the federal government, through Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) allocates a certain number of nominations to the Ontario government (OINP).
In 2019:

as of November 14, 2019, 6,136 nominations have been issue.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This means from 10th Oct to 14thNov They issued nominations for 103 only ( 6033 - 6136)

thats a great observation! yes, it certainly seemed like the velocity of nominations reduced in Oct. Earlier most people got nominated within 60 days or less. Per the immigration tracker, now most are easily waiting over 75-80 days.
