No, still submitted state. Submitted on 20th Aug. Not sure why CEC is so slow Ideally it should have been faster. I am also working in Ontario

It's taking longer than expected. It took around 25 days to change the status from Submitted to Assessment.

It is not working as First Come First Serve Basis
