1 Canada, 2 Indian and 1 business - rest all goes to other activities. I had 50 points towards foreign exp in EE.

I've all document only concern about business don't know how they take it into consideration. It's a genuine pvt Ltd firm which is still up and running in India and I'm a director in it.

Assessment: after one week of submission
DIP- After one month of submission
Additional processing time- in starting OCT
Again DIP - In end of OCT
Again additional processing - in jan 2025
still waiting.......
work permit is expired and ryt now on implied status.
Did any one got approval ryt after additional processing ?
Can we leave country if our oinp is in process? will it affect the decision of oinp ?
Please guide me?

The conditions says you'll have to maintain status in Canada when you apply - I think you are good to leave and wait out side Canada. Double-check with a lawyer

Same timeline but different noc and noo update. just waiting....
 
Today so many approvals on tiktok its good they started atleast…from august end and sept…these are from NOI FOR JULY ..afterwards its turn fro oct 17
