Unfortunately not. You need either nomination or eAPR for PR application. AOR from OINP would not work.
Partially correct.
Nomination alone wouldn't suffice. e-APR is
mandatory requirement for EE applicants to apply for BOWP.

I know AOR from OINP would not work. It read from someone in this forum said he calculated the timing and submitted before he even got AOR from EE with a LOE
I just wanna keep my valid status in Canada so I can continue to work.
I am not sure if "implied status counts as VALID STATUS to OINP so I can update the information to them. What if someone gets an invitation from Ontario one month before her/his work permit expires? There is no way she or he can get nominated within the expiration date.
It seems those days, even inland CECs are slow as a snail... :'(

Hi,
I would like to know where I should look for the thread that you said applicants need to be in a valid status.
Thank you.
I got OINP while I was on implied status.
it depends on your case officer i guess
It's called visitor record if I was not wrong, which is a different thing from visitor visa.
I may need to apply this too since the OINP is so slow now.

How did you update your implied status to your case officer?
