has anyone submitted the screen shot of NOI letter only( without background read date) and the document get verified? I have only uploaded the screen shot of the letter and no date is visible in the photo. I am a bit worried they deem my application as incomplete for that.

I don't think that should be a problem.. they issued the NOI, don't you think they have some data to cross-check even if date is not visible on screenshot.

I don't think they will mark your application incomplete for this. At most they can ask for additional documents or complete document. Good luck.

How did you find out that they needed ADR for work reference. I got an ADR but I am having very hard time locating the document they require. Also they have given only one day to respond. would appreciate your revert.

what was your status when they sent you the ADR? mine says assessment but i received a mail saying additional document is required. I cant see what document they need either in mail or in the portal. would appreciate your revert.

What is "ADR for work reference'?

Let me share the message that was sent:

"You provided documentation to support your work experience with xxxx under NOC 1121. However, your employment / work experience reference letter does not describe your duties and responsibilities for each position you held in the company.
Please provide a detailed employment / work experience reference letter from xxx or any other supporting documents that describe your duties and responsibilities for each position held, including job descriptions, performance reviews, and job advertisements.
Please respond as soon as possible to avoid further delays to the processing of your application. You have 10 calendar days from the date of this letter to provide the additional information and/or documentation."
