OINP Nomination recieved, Need help

Hi

I applied for OINP in Feburary , my WP expired in June and I was on implied status untill September 20th, OINP called menon 9th september and asked my status and i forwarded required documents, I got refusal for WP on 20th september and applied for restoration as visitor on 27th september, I did not got chance to update OINP on that , I just got nomination today, if i accept nomination will there be any problem in pr application or shouldni wait untill I recieve visitor visa which I am not sure how long it will take ?
