I have recieved ITA on 62 draw. my score is 427. i am gathering the evidence for submission. In the meantime i had also applied for OINP. I got a call yesterday from OINP, that they are pending decision on my case. they want me to withdraw the ITA and accept their nomination in case i want the 600 points.
Should i withdraw and wait for another round as my score will go up?
The only reason i may get delayed is the FBI police clearance, its in progress and says 8-10 weeks. I submitted my fbi nomination on the day i got my ITA

Even if you decline ITA, you will have to go in the EE pool again after getting 600 points from OINP.
