Can somebody please tell me if I made a mistake?

Stream: OINP - Human Capital Priorities (Express Entry) - NON EOI Stream

When submitting documents in the PR portal, nowhere did it ask me for my OINP nomination certificate so I did not upload one. Did I make a mistake here and will this cause my application to get denied?

I dont think so they will denied your application, they will send u an email or ask you on portal to submit it.

good morning, Does anyone got there status changed. Please update. I heard that people how submitted there file on 21 march, have there status changed to DIP recently.
Honestly I feel frustrated with this waiting time now.
