OINP - Human Capital Priorities Stream

Hi Guys,

I need some help in completing my OINP application. I received NOI on 12th Jan, 2021 with a CRS of 467 and an NOC of 0124.

I have ECA of masters only from IQAS. OINP is asking for ECA of bachelors degree as well if I add bachelors info in the Education section. Can I just include my masters info and ECA? I heard some people did not add bachelors info and got the nomination points?
