My hunch is, ONIP already started processing applications who submitted before Nov-8 but due to technical difficulties it's taking time to get reflected.

Submitted on 2nd November, still in submitted stage. I have not authorised to IQAS for ECA reports. Is it causing issue for not started my assessment. Any suggestions....

You don't need to issue duplicate IQAS reports to OINP. They can verify IQAS ECA reports themselves directly with IQAS.

Thanks for your response. Then in this case, do we need to authorise IQAS to share reports to OINP, what is the process for authorisation. Or simply OINP will contact IQAS directly.
