PCC should be taken from your current country of residence and from all those countries where you have lived for 6 month cumulatively. PCC from your current country of residence should not be more then 6 month old while applying. PCC from other countries should be taken after your last visit to that country.

If I am staying in the same country but in different states, so I would need only one pcc from the current state where I stayed for 6 months. Am i right?

Yes, One PCC is enough if it covers all years from 18 years till now.

That depends, if dates are mentioned in your PCC, then it should be from 18 years onward. If not then take individual PCC from all states you lived.

I am NOC 1123; CRS- 409. And yet, i haven't received an OINP. any clue?

I read in the trailing threads, that one must recreate EE profile. does it really help? Did anyone with NOC 1123 receive OINP?

Whan did you receive the PT letter? the pdf one? is it before draw or after draw?

We got the notification on CIC website re nomination on 8th and accepted shortly afterwards. The PT letter only came many hours later but before the draw. A few hours after accepting, our score reflected the extra 600 points. Did your points change? That should indicate whether you would have been in the draw.
I think you could still get ITA because you accepted long before the draw

Yes I also did Accept Nomination message on 8th August, but it was still 7th in Canada. My score update updated withing a couple of hours. but the pdf PT letter i received after the draw that is what confusing me. Any ways, it seems that WAITING will not leave me easily.

Have you checked yours again today? Mine just changed to DIP today after changing to Assessment yesterday. I'm in shock!!
