Thats quite a wait bro. Have you called OINP? If not, then in my opinion you should check with them the reason for delay.
Have you received any additional documents request- ADR?

I submitted my PFL reply on 02th Oct, i called them yesterday and they said the status is wrong you're in DIP ..

Well, that's good news then, if it's gone from awaiting information to dip then you should get nominated very soon.

• Should I get a soft copy of the photo from studio and upload it? Or should I scan the printed photo?

You need to write your name and date of birth on the back of the printed photo, scan the front and back of the printed photo, merge into one image, and upload.

I am in DIP since 23rd August, Received PFL on Sep 29th and responded to it on 11th October - Since then no updates,
My status never got changed since 23rd August other than DIP..expecting some feedback Today or Tomorrow,

Who are all in DIP after PFL? praying for a good news to everyone here..

No need to write any details on the photo. I believe that is for the PPR photo. You only need to follow the required dimensions/pixel specified in the website.

The requirements specified on the website are:

Photograph
Provide a copy of the front and back of a photograph of yourself that meets the following requirements:

• Dimensions: final frame size of the photo must be at least 35mm by 45mm (1 3/8” x 1 3/4”), 300dpi or 413 pixels x 531 pixels or greater, showing full front view of the head, with the face in the middle of the photograph and including the top of the shoulders.
• Head, from chin to crown, must be between 31mm and 36mm (1 1/4” or 1 7/16”).
• The background of the photo must be white.
• Your name and date of birth must be written on the back of your photo.
• Note: Photographs that are not clear or are low-quality will not be accepted.
• Include the name of the person in the file name, for example, “John Smith passport photo.jpg”.

Hello all,
if I had a different designation during the job, from what is mentioned in the offer letter .
Then do I need to mention both designations in the employment reference letter ?..is it strict ?.

My company HR gave the reference letter with the designation what is mentioned on the relieving letter and salary during the final year.
Is it a problem at ONIP as they ask offer letter document also ?.Offer always shows the salary and position at the joining time

I did same duties in both positions

Please help me !
