No need to write any details on the photo. I believe that is for the PPR photo. You only need to follow the required dimensions/pixel specified in the website.

if I had a different designation during the job, from what is mentioned in the offer letter .
Then do I need to mention both designations in the employment reference letter ?..is it strict ?.
My company HR gave the reference letter with the designation what is mentioned on the relieving letter and salary during the final year.
Is it a problem at ONIP as they ask offer letter document also ?.Offer always shows the salary and position at the joining time
