No, I sent the regular ECA, that I got done for EE File.

Nope. That doesn't work here mate. You need to send an ECA specifically for OINP. I'm unable to understand why you haven't received an email for deficiency as yet. Your file incomplete. So after so much wait, all your going to get is an Additional Document Request. I hope you haven't missed one yet, check your spam.

After 70 days its still showing as "Submitted", anyone else has an update of files around the same time or in same boat

not yet, and wait what do you mean by WES ECA especially for OINP .. i have sent the regular one? how do you send it especially for them? This is confusing

Mate ! When ONIP ask for ECA or ADR then only they should send not on there own ..
