OINP - HCP - Application Submitted February and March 2018

Nomination, anyone? It's Day 74, I submitted on March 20th! I need a ray of hope that it'll come this week. Does it happen only on Fridays?

Nope it happens through the week but last week was a bit light on nominations. Last heard nominated case is Mar 12 submission.

Even My application is in DIP. Hoping to get PNP nomination before Wednesday.
Application Submitted : March 17th

It's been 3 weeks my file status is in DIP. Neither I have got any mail regarding additional requirement documents nor from any one from previous company confirming that OINP committee had called for verification.

How much more ideal wait for nomination?

Do they call all the companies we worked ? or only the most recent?
I thought background check will be done after ITA by IRCC

She is MBA graduated with majors in HR.
Currently she is handling employee engagement,attendance,on boarding and joining formalities in an organization.
What will be the suitable NOC according to her current Roles and Responsibilities.
