They emailed that I have a message on the EE Portal, went there and accepted.

It's a matter of worry if it still says submitted. You should contact them and ask if they need any additional info.

I've called them up and they told me to email and I did. Didn't receive anything back from them.

Hi guys,
Bad news for me. I've called them up again today and they said that I was sent an email requesting for ADR on June 2nd 2018 itself. But I didn't receive any email and I told the same. They told me to send an email requesting to resend the ADR mail and I've done that just now. Don't know how it's gonna turn up. Getting really worried.

BTW, can anyone confirm the email that you got requesting for ADR. Is it expressentry@ontario.ca? And when u send the requested documents, do you get any acknowledgement mail? Please confirm.

Yes, it is expressentry@ontario.ca
and you have to reply back with ADR on same email. once they receive it, they will send you back with confirmation or acknowledgement .
