Having said that you are in the sweet spot of them completing very soon and reach a decision

Hey guys, i had submitted my OINP documents on March 22nd and I still haven't received nomination yet. My status still shows Decision in Progress. It seems people who submitted on March 22nd have already been nominated! Does it mean it's taking them more time to scrutinize my application? Are there chances of rejection?

Don't worry u'll get nominated in time . It's seen application which take time for assessment get faster nomination.

the status turned to DIP this morning

They request a letter to confirm my job is indeterminate duration and pay stub for April. So wondering will they approve my application or refuse

If you have provided the doc, and your application has moved to DIP after, it is a good sign mate...

Update here regularly so will know the timeline of all April candidates.
