What 2 work permits do you have? are both valid?

Those are open work permits. First I received when arrived to Canada, and another one just recently. Both are valid but with different end dates.

You can only have one valid permit at a time. If you have a new permit, the old one is cancelled on the date the new one is issued. The document itself may say the old permit is valid (if the expiration date is in the future). But if you check your gckey, it would show the old one as invalid.

Yes, you can have 2 at the same time. The link you posted confirms it.
Use the most recent one and include both when you upload the pdf (and a letter of explanation, just saying why you have 2).
