2) no, because there is a policy, when application is in process or processed, even if there is a refusal, you are not able to reimburse fee
3) yes, you will have to start from very beginning and meet all criteria

I found a new job with the same Noc code and my new employer gave me the employer form also. I already create a web form along with the new employer form. Based on our experience, it will at least take 1 or 1.5 months to move the application into assessment phase.

Slightly similar situation. My previous employer changed their mind about offering support for the OINP nomination process and I was able to get a new employer that agreed to provide the needed support. When my ITA arrived in January, I included the details of my new employer as well as a letter of explanation indicating why there was a need for a change. A request for ADR was addressed to my new employer in March and we have been awaiting the final decision since then. OINP may request more information from your current employer.

I would recommend please consult with
Properly immigration lawyer and then take proper steps that will be more efficient.

Hi! I submitted my application on the 21st. Assessment started the 26th and then moved to Decision in progress on the 11.

Hello everyone,
I am currently on a visitor visa in canada and I am getting an LMIA for 72205 -cellular telephone technician position.

I have done Bachelor of Arts-General from India and have 1.5 years of experience in mobile repair in india.

Is it advisable to apply under OINP under this NOC and later on in the Express Entry stream?

Is it a requirement to have education in Technician or mobile repair field or more experience in this field?

I am worried if they might reject my OINP application or Express Entry stating that I may not have the right education or experience to work in this field?

I will highly appreciate your thoughtful insights and experience as this is a time sensitive issue
