If I receive the provincial nomination through the OINP Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream, am I ONLY able to apply for PR directly through the Permanent Residence portal?
I am not able to use the nomination to add 600 points to my already existing Express Entry profile and wait for a draw?
Do I have the option to choose between the two paths?
