First of all, I would like to explain the background before going to ask a question. I am currently living and working in Quebec on Post Graduate Work Permit. I got NOI from Ontario under Canadian Experience Class, however, while filling ONIP application, it asks for the settlement fund. My question is, do I need to show the proof of fund? In Express Entry profile I put $0. If yes, then can I show my current pay stubs? Note, I am currently working in Quebec.
If someone has gone through this situation, please guide me the correct path. I am very thankful to him.

Yes. You are going to receive your ITA next round so you can actually start preparing documents for PR application such as PCC from all countries you lived for more than 6 months continuously , get upfront Medicals done, collect bank certificates and 6 month statements, reference letters, write down your travel history, personal history for last 10 years( with no gap in time), address history for last 10 years.

Documents already checked by oinp. Does one need to upload them again ? I think only PCC and medical are to be done for those receiving provincial nomination.

The process for submitting documents for PR application is clearly outlined in the cic website. If you think you don’t need to upload documents again then don’t. Documents checklist are customized as per applicant anyways.
I have submitted my PR application yesterday and listed above what was required for me to provide as per the documents checklist provided to me.
