It seems right to say that it takes at least a month for every stage now.

Did you go through wes?
Well it might take around 3 months from now. 1 month for assessment, 1 month for dip and 1 month for nomination (approximately)

I think not, only if they return it to you for some reasons. But I could be wrong, you can email them or check the details.
