my CRS score for the express entry is 446, and if i apply alone (without wife) then it becomes 456. My NOC code is 2133 (electrical and electronics engineer)
am i the potential candidate to apply for OINP human capital priorities stream ???

Can’t say, please check their website to see if you are amongst the wanted NOC codes, also the money you need to pay during the application process, i believe it is re funded if you decide to withdraw after application. For this year through they are not going to give out any more NOIs as they have reached their target in August 15. So you can see what their plans are for next year sooner or later.

21th of October - problem with WES authorization (they have changed both the IMM and the date number when I have shared it with the OINP!!!!).
But at least my file has moved forward, so now the rest of us should receive more updates...
You dont need to re-create your EE profile for OINP to select as until last year OINP used to select only newly created profiles but not anymore. If your CRS score is within the draw cut-off score and other selection factors you will receive NOI from Ontario.
I am new to this forum and have a question, hope someone would help.
I have submitted application under OINP-Human Capital Stream with non-accompanying spouse because with my wife my CRS was going to drop from 452 to 426.
Now if I get PNP from Ontario can I make changes in my express entry profile and add my spouse as accompanying? I want to make theses changes before ITA but after PNP from Ontario.
