I have been thinking of re-creating my profile, but since I am very close to the current ITA levels I don't want to loose the opportunity because of the tie break

That is good news!
However is it vital to create a thoroughly new profile?
Like someone above who is in the system since March with French, ICT qualifications but has not received NOI at all since then? (even though OINP has been sending out for french subset)

Hi, I think that it could be because of the date of creation (March). Mine was created on April. People who received NOI (French Speaking and others) have mentioned dates between April and August.
Note: A very important thing to consider is that in order to receive a NOI from Ontario French speaking, you have to choose French as your primary language. That is a must. Also, this will modify your score.

Indeed, in your case it is a difficult choice because you are close to 440. Although, it is been months and the CRS doesn’t come down very fast.
Good luck in your decision
Hi guys, actually I'm working as F&B Service Manager with one company, and I want to resign as I found a better position and salary in another company. Taking in consideration that my PNP is in assessment, do you think changing the company will affect my application?
Hi,
If you move to another company, you will have to report it to Ontario. Althought it won´t change your score. Below is shown some extracts of de Application guide:
"Note: Any work experience obtained after you received your Notification of Interest (NOI) from Ontario through your IRCC online account will not count towards the minimum one year of work experience required." (page 19, Guide)
"The OINP must be notified if there are any changes to the information provided in your application, including (but not limited to): (...)" (page 28, Guide).
