Today I for a letter to apply for OINP under Ontario Express Entry: Human Capital Priorities but by CRS score is CRS 367, NOC 2171, Working full time in Ontario but in OINP website it is saying that minimum required CRS score is 400. Am I still eligible to apply?

Me too. I am also working full time in Ontario and my CRS is 369. It seems to be again Targeted nominations like they did on March 26

Hoo boy! I guess, OINP send out NOIs WEEKLY NOW (which is GOOD) sadly though they're sending out only for French and Job Offer substream for HCP (I'm wondering if we missed out mark already. If we did, I suppose it doesn't hurt if they could announce it at least that they'll be issuing for targeted nominations for the rest of the YEAR)

in any case, I wonder why they are not announcing this?
