You don't stand a chance unless you're in French-speaking stream. For regular HCP, lowest CRS that received NOI was 433.

hi, I have got 432 score with 2173 noc code, what are the chances of getting NOI if it reopens, since more than 8000 applicants are there in range of 431-440 score.
I think, if they have a qouta per year, say xx amount of NOI for the entire year- they'll start filleting applicants. God knows what kind of 'extra' criteria they might be applying, but closest I can think of is 'the time being in the pool'; that is the oldest the safest. Perhaps also certain # years of experience, etc, score 430+,, etc.
Not all those "8,000" have met the criteria of OINP. OINP has different minimum requirements for each stream than normal EE draw. Read OINP

Hey mark, even i am in the same NOC as yours....any idea whether OINP has started issuing NOI for April applications ? My status is still submitted since April...no change....Do we have to do anything from our side after the profile is submitted ?
my friend has created a EE profile recently. He has 405 points so I think he is eligible for ON program. He has not received an invitation yet from ON. How long it usually takes for invitation to be sent to applicant? In his application he specified he is interested in all provinces. Is there any other form he needs to fill?

Generally should he expect to receive any invitation in less than year from any province? or it s more than that? Is there other forms needed to be filled?

Hi Mr Rajkamal,
It was good to read regarding all the steps you provided.
I have an important query regarding OINP identifying candidates in the Express Entry pool.
Is it OINP that will choose candidates who can apply to get nominated? or Is it the applicants who can apply first to get nominated?
I have made my profile since a long time now and I fulfill all requirements to get nominated by OINP, but have not received the Notification of Interest by Ontario province. Is there anything special that I need to do?
Hi guys, just a query (a tricky one)
suppose if a person receives Ontario PNP and lands there successfully and after that person marry someone who is on a work permit and working in BC.
Can the person who got Ontario PNP move to BC, citing the above reason that his spouse is working in BC.
i know that a person is free to move anywhere in canada after PR, but since that person has signed to stay in Ontario

The person is free to move anywhere in Canada after receiving his PR card. Since your future spouse will work in BC you will probably have a good case when you apply for citizenship. So there shouldn't be any issues
Seniors in this forum, can anyone confirm if re-creating the profile improves the chance for OINP.
I've created a profile on Jan 5th 2018 and since then waiting, my CRS is 422.
Do you recommend to create a fresh profile ? Any help here will be be v much appreciated, thx
