If 425 is the bar score, then I have to give up.
I know a person working in Singapore whose CRS score is just 325 . He applied last March, got NOI and OINP last year. He got his ITA during Mar-2018 and is flying to Canada next month for PR stamping. It is a surprise for me but that is the reality

Mate ! The days have gone when everyone and anyone over 400 got an NOI. Nowadays, Ontario is sending NOIs going by the scores. I don't think anyone less that 425-30 has got one this year.

thanks dude for the instant reply. I would have not attempted if I knew that CRS in par score range is 425-430. I am 45 years old now. My current IELTS score is 7.5(L),7(R),7(S),6.5 (W). Even if I get 9 in all of them , my CRS will not touch 425.

You receive OINP nomination in 80-90 days from the date of the submission of application

I am 42 years on the 20th june. CRS 373. NoC 2174.
Seems like we two are on the same boat. what abt u r NOC and CRS
