It might be browser issue for you, try and use a different browser as it is working fine for me.

Hi All - I wanted to understand what is considered a AOR for OINP- is that the mail you get immediately (withinf few secs) after you submit application via e-portal?

I tried using different browsers, but it is still greyed out. Other stream links are working, it is just HCP and Master Graduates stream links that are not active. Any suggestions?

Yes HCP and Masters both are greyed out if you try to register as a new user, if already a user then no issues. Quite strange! Do one thing, drop a mail to this ID OINP.technical-POCI.technique@ontario.ca. state the problem with screenshots and request for extension
