Oh I see, I misunderstood your situation. As for funds, you only need to have at least the minimum required for your family size. With 398 CRS, you would qualify to receive NOI only if they waive the 400+ CRS requirement again for ICT workers as they did in the last week of June this year, and as long as you qualify for EE. There is a randomness in that not everyone who qualifies to receive NOI will receive one. They also need to be open and issuing NOIs. They just closed the HCP stream again this morning. Given their very few nominations remaining for 2017, I doubt they will reopen or issue new NOIs again until 2018.
My Score is 420 and I submitted my application on 23rd October. Haven't received NOI still. Any chances that I will make it to the draw or nomination in near future. Any hopes will help

I am in the process of filling in my OINP profile. Since we need to submit the form online now, I have a question regarding fields that are not applicable to me.
Do I just leave them blank or do i fill in N/A in all such fields? For example, middle name, etc.

I cannot answer much on this as I myself looking forward towards that. But I have seen people getting offers of employment with LMIA approved. Did you register in the Job bank? I read that employers who already have LMIA approved for specific roles pick up candidates with near by scores from the express entry pool. Also If you rigorously search for job through job portals there is a chance or getting offer. Nothing is impossible.Good luck!
P.S. I'm assuming you maxed out in IELTS. if not you should do that. Whats your IELTS?
I need to submit my PNP application with OINP by Friday.
I left out some of my work experience in EE application as it was not getting me any points. Now OINP online application is asking for 10 years work history and a Resume. anwar01kindly suggested to mention the experience in 'other activities'. However, the statement in the section is as following;
Other Activities (excluding education and paid work) Do you have any other activities, excluding education and paid work history, in the last ten years (or since the age of 18, if this was less than ten years ago)? Activities may include travel (personal or business), training, unemployment, volunteer work, sick leave, parental leave, etc.
Has anyone been through this before. I dont want the application to be rejected simply because resume didnt match work experience or mentioning work experience in other activities when im not supposed to!!
