Hey guys! I don't know if you already read this, but it seems that there won't be more NOIs for OINP in 2022. Or am I wrong? 2022 Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program updates
It says that the last two rounds of NOIs were on June 9th and 21st, and just for French-Speaking Skilled Worker stream

As on June 28, 2022 OINP has issued "4,374" NOIs, the quota for the year 2022 is "9,750". So they'll be issuing more "5,376" NOIs this year. These are official numbers available on their website.

@ColombianStudent lol yeah I also noticed that yesterday that they removed the values. Could they be getting more nomination numbers? Or maybe they received some backlash because of it.

Since the PR is barely calling people anymore, I'm trying to apply through OINP.
I heard that the employee needs to "support me". That is the step that I am afraid. While I have 3 years of skilled work experience, I just switched jobs (because I was in Quebec) and I'm not sure how it works for the employee.
As dumb as it sounds, I'm afraid to ask the employee for help because I just started my job there, and I don't want to ask things like that right away on my probation period.
In the end, my question is: How hard is it for employees to support me for OINP? It is a headache like LMIA (labor market impact assessment)? Or it is just a silly document that they can handle it without concerns?
My current work is a basic level data analysit, if that matters.
