I recreated my profile on 1st jan 2019.

Did you make sure you checked "ONTARIO" OR "All provinces"? Because it might have a bearing

try to bring up your case to OINP and send screenshots of your profile proving that you are 439 with profile created on January 1 2019. they are only willing to invite 439 and up now so you have a good chance. please let us know what their response will be. good luck and god bless

I didn't receive NOI from ontario even at 439.. my NOC is 2132.

They might not have sent all people with crs >= 439 for sure..because there should be around 2500-3000 members with score above 439 as of Jan14th! You were unlucky i guess!

OINP ain't issued NOI for HCP 2019 though in coim days they 'll ..

On jan 11th they issued NOI for FSSW ( 38 )

They had issued some 1500 nois for hcp general on 14th Jan man! Else why do you think this dull thread is all of a sudden buzzing!

yea ! Ain't see any update Mate in there website ..

Aside that its fantastic if they hv release 1500 HCP general in 1 shot last yr highest was 511 Feb

Mate ! i hv already traveled this PNP bus last yr ..

Is it thats sad .. last yr after feb NOI they ain't issed NOI for HCP general n there was chaos in this same forum

Under what stream did you get nominated, french ?
Also is your profile set to all province or it's set to Ontario?

I believe HCP because I received the message in my CIC account for FSW
Profile is set to ALL provinces except Northwest, Nunavut, Yukon and Prince Edward Island

Shouldn't the profile be active by the time one receives 600 points? What is the point sending NOI to a guy who created profile on Jan14th 2018?

Interesting but OINP nomnation can be transferred to new profile if the one that got NOI expires. So they won't have problems too.
And there will be only a few such candidates as most of the candidates from February 6, 2018 onward with CRS 439 have already got ITA.

Only the candidates who missed ITA on 107th draw and some who raised score after Dec 19, 2018 are those who may have to report the change in EE profile due to expiry.

Its not just the CRS score but NOC as well. I dont think everyone who had a 439 or above got the NOI. OINP seems to be using multiple factors not just the score alone.

If that's the case, I should have received by now. My profile had only been resubmitted on Jan 15th, 2019
