But why should that be a trend? It’s likely that such candidates who are expected to get direct ITA (435+ scores) in couple of rounds might not opt for accepting.
Need more info on profiles receiving NOIs beyond their CRS - maybe like NOC codes, dates of creation , etc. before reaching this conclusion.
Unless you are expecting a direct ITA and worried about the impact of the tie breaker rule, there is no reason to not recreate your EE profile (if awaiting NOI). What's your CRS?

Spoke to My consultant right now
They said there is a client of theirs who received on 380
The occupation is in demand she said
Software engineer
And the profile was created back in August 2017
They are suggesting recreation is not required

Hey Guys. I created my EE profile on 10th July 2017, I didn't receive NOI with CRS 408. NOC 5241 (under ICT). After my birthday in September 2017 I came down to 398 and still waiting for NOI. Can anybody guess the problem please? Can I hope for an NOI with 398 CRS now? Should I re-create my EE profile? Any clue/advice would be helpful. Thanks.

Sir, is it a confirmed news. My NOC (2133) does fall under ICT and have CRS equals to 396 and I have re-created my profile. I have not received any NOI.
