I submitted my EE - Aug 18th
Crs -360
NOC -2173
Provinces selected - BC and ON

I want to know when i can expect the NOI for OINP. Also is OINP still sendig NOI for crs under 400 for ICT stream?

I would suggest you to select all provinces unless you have a strong reason for BC and ON, i'm sure you dont want miss NOI from other provinces if they find your profile suitable.

I got my SG PCC using my ITA. Here is my timeline as posted in the SG COC Appeal thread:

@iamxty I received ITA yesterday, i will start to work on Singapore PCC process shortly.
couple of questions,
I will be able to submit eAPR only after receiving SG PCC ? From your timeline i see its taking more than a month. Are you living in SG currently?
I believe i need to apply PCC for my wife also ? as she was with me in SG.
Do you suggest i apply for medical tests after receiving SG PCC ?

Is their a procedure to select the provinces separately so that they issue NOI
Or they can just issue NOI through EE?

Yes. From 400 upwards...with the exception of In demand streams which usually below 400.
