Can´t tell, haven´t searched for private colleges because my goal is SP/OWP -> PGWP -> PR should I take this route (hopefully not if CRS scores keep 420-430ish until early 2018), and for that reason I haven´t searched a single private program.
Many brazilians have searched for Greystone college. Don´t know if they have any IT programs, but their costs are very low - at least their Customer Service program costs under $9000 and lasts two years.
just to chip in that studying in a private college won't make u eligible for PGWP
likewise, customer service jobs are noc c and not eligible for PR application in Ontario

Social connections or personal relationships, and/or
Previous visits to Ontario.
I have interviewed for a few jobs in Toronto and listed out all company names and interview dates. I mentioned the names of a few friends I have in Ontario. I also listed dates of previous visits to Ontario. Just that section in what I have prepared has over 1800 characters, so I need to condense.
Yes, Canada immigration (both Ontario and federal EE) define full time as 30 hours/week so you need to indicate the exact number of hours to show you meet their "full time" requirement.
