Your debit card has to be enabled for international transactions.

credit card only when goes to the payment page
my debit card is enabled for international transactions( made payment for my WES report earlier this year), OINP will not accept debit card i think.

4.4 Processing Fee
Before you can submit your online application, you must pay the application fee of $1,500.
You can make an electronic payment by credit card only (VISA or MasterCard). Please note that the OINP will not accept:
 Money Order
 Cashier/Certified Cheque
 Postal Money Order
 Bank Draft
 Cash
 Personal Cheques

I submitted my application today. I paid using debit card. It worked and my card was charged accordingly. I saw in the website during payment that OINP doesn't accept VISA debit cards. Mine is MasterCard. I used my debit card for WES payment as well. Hope this help.

I am from India and would be showing funds in FD for OINP.
What should I do get a certificate from the bank or put the show all the FDs.

Please advise

You can show your Fixed Deposit certificates or detailed bank statements from the last 6 months that mention your FDs.

when OINP asks for your passport
do i have to submit old passports which have entries and visas.

my current passport does not have any entry, was made in 2014, will expire in 2024

but my visas are in the old passports
do i have to upload those as well

or just the current one

You only need to show the current passport. Good luck.

Passport (mandatory)
"A copy of your entire passport. Your passport copy must include clear copies of all pages including your personal details page, all blank pages, temporary resident visas, entry stamps, and/or any other immigration stamps."
This is written is the oinp guide
Better upload all the previous passports as well. Since stamps and visas are in them..

Depends on no. of applicants applying for Nomination after receiving NOI for under 400 Score. Next year Quota for ICT will be increased for all provinces. Maybe next month they will send final NOI to under 400 ICT candidates but nothing confirmed.

I am busy nowadays but hopefully, I will get back with new details of Quota this Friday.

Hi Guys!

I'm new to this forum. I submitted my application on Thursday 13th but after submitting and making the payment all my attachments disappeared!

I emailed the technical support team but haven't heard back from them, I have been trying to call but it has been impossible to talk with an operator.

I read that some people also had the same issue last week. did anyone got a reply from the tech support team? I'm thinking of withdrawing the application and submitting it again, as the application without the attachments doesn't make any sense.

Here are my details:

NOC:2171
CRS:396
NOI: 06/29/2017
Application submitted: 07/13/2017
AOR: 07/13/2017 (Do you guys call AOR when you get the email of "Application Received" with the receipt of the payment?)

I had recreated my EE profile on 7th July and stand at CRS 350 for NOC 2173. I am considering another IELTS with target of 8777 scores and that will raise me to CRS 420 but exam has time yet.

In the due course , do you think recreating once again will help in case Ontario start sending NOIs again for <400 ?

For educational certificates, is provisional and consolidated memo sufficient or convocation certificate is also mandatory ?
