Hey. Mine is still under Assessment .

I submitted mine on July 1. Someone here had submitted on June 29 and his status changed to DIP on July 12. Hopefully mine should change this week.

Don't worry, it will change to DIP this week. Mine changed to DIP on 14th

Only primary applicant needs a birth certificate for OINP.

For PR application (post ITA) only minor dependents need a birth certificate.

I received mine in DIP.

I am not 100 percent sure but I believe if you have registered your profile, you are already inside the safe zone for submission because if you go one key not login on the page where you have to click i am not a robot you can find the following paragaraph

Important: Please note that the Ontario Immigration Nominee Program (OINP) Masters Graduate Stream, PhD Graduate Stream and the Employer Job Offer streams have reached their registration intake limit. No additional registrations for these streams can be accepted at this time.

It means that master graduate stream and employer job offer stream is already finished with its quota. when quota will be finished, you will not be able to register for profile.

@anwar thank you for this useful tip. What I deduce from this is that we should atleast register our profiles in the portal to be in the "safe zone". I have now all the necessary docs except the bank statement which I will be getting by mid next week. So I hope its time for me to register and upload what all docs I already have. Correct me if I am wrong. Thanks once again.

Yes you should register the profile ASAP as you can submit it in next week. Secondly 2500 Nominations left are not only limited to HCP stream, all other OINP streams are included in this. As per OINP portal they are still processing submitted applications from May-17 til July -17, who knows that how many candidates are already in submitted status for these 3 months. These can be 100 or 1000.
