OINP Duplicate ECA Copy Required from WES

Could you please post exact method to send WES report (hard copy) directly to OINP?

Do we have to wait for the email or go through the process of ordering duplicates? What do you think, did you already order?

Did you receive the mail to send Duplocate ECA copy from OINP office ?

I called them and they also confirmed the same to me but the lady on the call said to me that its usually best to wait for the email from OINP requesting the ECA and then going forward,she said if we have not asked from you dont send now.

Im a bit relieved now as i thought im the only one left out to not get the mail.

Though we have neither got the AOR (for the OINP Application package) nor the email (For original ECA copy sent directly from WES)

but if and when we receive it will wi be required for the PA and the spouse too?

If anyone who received and has already sent it confirm?

Guys,

Regarding the duplicate copy of ECA from WES asked by OINP office couple of hours back, I have following question;

When ordering the duplicate copy of WES online, it says that the electronic version of the duplicate ECA will be delivered to OINP office. Is it acceptable since they have clearly mentioned in the mail sent by them today that Fax copies sent by WES or any other ECA agency is not acceptable ?

salam rafzy ..im currently applying under oopnp as well noc 2132 .i received there requirement for eca hard copy and subsequently send them the 97 dollar package as explained in the thread ..
the question i have is how are they going to identify my package as no case number would be written on it ..and their may be many people goes by the same name as mine

I personally have no idea how OINP is going to sort out WES ECA copy. I think every ECA has a specific ECA# and they can easily sort out ECAs based on that information.

I stil havent got that that mail till today and i am starting to get worried.

I have received the email and followed the procedure explained in this thread. WES website says duplicate reports are processed within 1 business day. However the status on my request still shows "Evaluation in progress" after 3 days. Does anyone else have the same problem?
