I would really appreciate if you could come back and share your experience if and when you hear a whisper of them reaching out to your employers. I left one of my jobs on a bad note but was able to get a reference letter (on company letterhead) from a colleague but she is leaving the company and I’m scared what might happen if OINP’s verification email lands in the President’s mail.

I had submitted my application for OINP and my status is Decision in progress. Does this mean that they are reviewed all the documents and now they are taking a decision? Right? Approximately how many days does it take for them to take the decision? Is there a possibility that they could reject theapplication at this stage?
